Our overland adventure usually begins in Makassar, the port city that is also the capital of South Sulawesi. From there, we make our way to the norther side of the island, finishing our journey in Manado in northern Sulawesi.

Note : if you have morning flight , then you can directly leave Airport for Toraja Tour without taking an overnight stay in Makassar.

DAY 02  : UJUNGPANDANG – BIRA  (B.L.D)
After breakfast at hotel, A short city tour ; by visiting : Fort Rotterdam, Paotere traditional harbour,  and Somba Opu shopping centre. After the city tour, proceed to BIRA passing throught some typical Makassar villages and stop at TANA BERU to witness the traditional Makassar way of Pinisi boat building. Lunch enroute. Arrive in Bira directly check-in at Hotel for overnight and dinner.

DAY 03  : KAJANG TOUR (B.L.D)
After breakfast at hotel, departing to Kajang Tribe with the Chief called as Ammatoa. You have to be dress in Black and walking bare foot from the entrance gate for being able to enter the village. Explore the tribe village and back to hotel for Lunch. Free Programme in the afternoon. Stay overnight at hotel.

DAY 04 : BIRA – SENGKANG  (B.L.D)
After breakfast, Transfer to SENGKANG (the lake TEMPE town)  Lunch enroute, Arrive in Sengkang directly check-in at Sermani Hotel and then proceed to take a boat-trip on the lake TEMPE to see the way of life of those who live at the lakeside, floating houses, and traditional silk weaving village. Late afternoon back to Sermani Hotelfor Overnightand dinner.

DAY 05 : SENGKANG  – TANA TORAJA (B.L.D)
After breakfast at hotel, directly transfer to Taraja with approximately 06 hours drive take along magnificent mountain passes with the typical Buginese houses on the poles. Lunch will be served at Puncak Lakawan (Top-Hill) to enjoy the beautiful scenery of erotic mountain. After Lunch, continue drive to Toraja. Afternoon arrive in Tana Toraja, directly check-in at Hotel  for overnight and dinner.

DAY 06 : TANA TORAJA TOUR  (B.L.D)
Breakfast at hotel, Full day tour by visiting : The stone grave at LEMO. The royal tombs of SUAYA. The baby-grave in the tree at KAMBIRA. Cultural performance at SANGALLA. Lunch will be served in Rantepao at local Restaurant. After lunch,continue to visit the Natural burial cave at LONDA. The traditional carving village at KETE KESU. Back to hotel for overnight and dinner.

DAY 07 : TANA TORAJA TOUR (B.L.D)
After breakfast at hotel. (check-out hotel) Full day tour visiting : The traditional village with buffalo horns in front of their houses at PALAWA. The traditional weaving village at SA’DAN. The Ancient megalithic stone at BORI. The terraced rice-field at BATUTUMONGA and stop here for  having Lunch at local restaurant with a beautiful scenery. Afternoon, check-in at Mentiro Tiku Guest-house for overnight and dinner.

DAY 08 : TORAJA TOUR  (B.L.D)
Morning after breakfast, visiting LOKOMATA – a very beautiful scenery of 4 big stones levels on the side of the road having 60 stones mountain sides graves. The back to Lempo where you will be start another mild walking approximately 2 hours to Buntu Lobo village. The car will meet you in Buntu Lobo where you will continue your journey to BORI – the ancient Megalithic stone. Lunch enroute at personal account. After lunch, visiting The typical village at NANGGALA with 16 rice-barns standing in a raw as a sign of their wealthy status in Toraja community. Then continue on to visit the ancient house-grave at MARANTE village. Late afternoon back to hotel for overnight.

Note : The above Toraja Tour can be change depending the situation. For example visit to Traditional Market and Live Stock market in Bolu which held every Tuesday and Saturday, as well visiting a traditional funeral ceremony which can be reached by foot will be included within this tour.

DAY 09  : TORAJA – PENDOLO (B.L.D)
After breakfast at hotel Leaving TORAJA for PENDOLO Some stops on the way for the nice views. Arrive in Pendolo direclty check-in at MULIA POSO LAKE HOTEL for overnight and dinner.

DAY 10 :  PENDOLO – BANCEA – TENTENA (SIURRI) – (B.L.D)
After breakfast at hotel, cruising by motorized-boat to BANCEA to visit the natural orchid forest. And then proceed to TENTENA for Lunch. After Lunch, visiting the Seven Steps Waterfall in Saluopa Village then check in at Siuri Cottages where you will be stay at the Lake Side of Poso. Dinner will be served at this cottage.

DAY 11 :  LORE LINDU MEGALITH TOUR (B.L.D)
Breakfast at Hotel. At 7:30 AM, will be driving to Bada Valley of Lore Lindu for approximately 2 hours passing mountain road and forrest of Lore Lindu National park. Arrive in Bomba Village at Bada Valley, directly visiting the Langke Bulawa megalith then continue to Loga Megalith located in the hill of Pada. From there we will be continue to Palindo Megalith where we will stop in Bewa to check the megalith in located in the middle of the village. Arrive in Palindo Megalith, the biggest megalith in Lore Lindu National Park. From Palindo, we will be heading back to Bomba Village for Lunch at Ningsih homestay. After lunch, departing back to Tentena for overnight and dinner.

DAY 12 :  TENTENA (SIURRI) – AMPANA (B.L.D)
After breakfast at hotel, direct transfer to AMPANA with approximately 08 hours drive passing through POSO town and stop at ebony handicraft center. Lunch enroute, and proceed to AMPANA. Arrive in AMPANA directly check-in at MARINA COTTAGE for your accommodation and dinner.

DAY 13  : AMPANA – TOGEAN ISLANDS (WAKAI ISLAND) (B.L.D)
After breakfast Take a drive to the pear and then take a boat to sail to WAKAI ISLAND as the transit island to continue to KADIDIRI ISLAND. Lunch boxes provided in this cruising journey. Arrive in KADIDIRI ISLAND directly check-in at RESORT for overnight and dinner.

DAY 14 :  KADIDIRI ISLAND  (B.L.D)
After breakfast. Free program (snorkeling or diving ). Lunch , dinner and overnight at RESORT.

DAY 15 :  TOGEAN ISLANDS TOUR (B.L.D)
After breakfast. Take a boat trip to explore the Togian Island. A good mix between beach, snorkeling and culture. During the snorkel trips to the Reefs it is possible to explore the beautiful underwater world of Togian Islands. We will visit the jelly fish lake, traditional Bajo (Sea Nomad) village where you can get an impression of the islands daily life. You can take a walk on the impressive 1km wooden bridge, which connects the Island of Pulau Papan with Malenge Island. Of course there is still enough time to relax at the beach and take a swim in the turquoise Gulf of Tomini. Lunch will be setup in Karina Beach. After lunch, proceed for snorkeling in Taipi Wall then back to resort for overnight and dinner.

DAY 16 :  KADIDIRI ISLAND  (B.L.D)
After breakfast. Free program (snorkeling or diving ). Lunch , dinner and overnight at RESORT.

DAY 17 :  KADIDIRI ISLAND – GORONTALO (B.L.D)
Breakfast at Bungalow Morning leisure . Lunch will be served at Bungalow. Afternoon, by ferry to GORONTALO. Dinner on personal account.

Note: This particular day, it must be either in Monday, Thursday or Saturday. Those day are the only ferry schedule from Wakai to Gorontalo.

DAY 18  : GORONTALO – TOMOHON (B.L.D)
Arrive in GORONTALO , transfer to Hotel for taking your breakfast. After breakfast, transfer to TOMOHON (the flower city) Lunch enroute. Arrive in TOMOHON directly check-in at Minahasa Highland Resort for your accommodation and dinner at hotel

DAY 19 :  TOMOHON HIGHLAND TOUR (B.L.D)
After breakfast at hotel, pickup by your Driver and Guide, meeting services and transfer to the Chinese Temple with Pagoda in the Tomohon city, continue with visiting the Traditional Tomohon market where you will see the morning activity in the Traditional Market of Tomohon.

Visiting Mahawu Vulcano Mountain. Arrival in Parking area of Mahawu mountain, walking up the see the crate for aproximately 10-15 minutes. When you reach the crater, you can walk around the crater to see the magnificent view on the other side of the crater. Back to the Car and continue the trip by visiting Temboan Hills ( passing Rurukan Village along the way) or also known as The Hidden Paradise in Tomohon with a great view over the Tondano Lake. From Temboan Hill, continue to Tondano Lake where you will have Lunch on the Tondano Lake surround with the Carp Fish Farm. After lunch, proceed with the tour visiting Pulutan Village, a cottage industry for making pottery.

From Pulutan Village continue to Woloan Village, where you can see the Minahasan Style Houses being built, knock down style, ready for delivery or shipping. The tour will be not complete without see the Linow Lake, the changing color lake where you can enjoy Coffee or Tea in the side of the lake (This refreshment including in the package tour).

DAY 20 :  TOMOHON – MANADO – TANGKOKO (B.L.D)
After breakfast at hotel (check-out hotel) Tranfer to Manado approximately 01 hours drive-trip. On the way stop at TINOOR to view the entire city of Manado and Bunaken island from this Hill-Top point. Continue to TANGKOKO NATURE RESERVE with another stop at Waruga Airmadidi where you can see the Old Stone Grave of the Minahasan.
Arrive in Tangkoko directly check-in at Tangkoko Hill Resort for your lunch and accommodation. Before dark, take a walk into this nature reserve park to see the TARCIUS SPECTRUM, the smallest monkey in the world, and besides this protected animal, you can also see the HORNBILL and BLACK MONKEYS (macaca nigra), cus-cus. Back to Resort for overnight and dinner.

DAY 21  : TANGKOKO – MANADO (B.D)
After breakfast at homestay Transfer to MANADO Arrive in Manado directly check-in at CAKALELE HOTEL for your accommodation. Afternoon ; FREE PROGRAM.

DAY 22 :  MANADO – BUNAKEN ISLAND (B.L.D)
After Breakfast at hotel Transfer to the pier to take a boat for sailing BUNAKEN ISLAND. Arrive on BUNAKEN ISLAND directly check-in at Bastianos Resort. Lunch served on this island. Afternoon, back to Bastianos Resort for overnight and dinner.

DAY 23 : BUNAKEN ISLAND (B.L.D)

DAY 24 :  BUNAKEN – MANADO (City Tour) (B.L.D)
After breakfast at the resort, take a boat trip back to Manado. Arrive in Manado, take a city tour arround Manado. Afternoon, check in at the hotel for accomodation and dinner.

DAY 25 :  MANADO – AIPORT (B)
Breakfast at hotel On time transfer to Airport to catch the onward flight
