we had a wonderful journey around Toraja area. Our tour guide, Ms Rita, was a weill qualified one. We met the driver at the hotel in Makassar and drove through the Toraja mountain.
We took part in a funeral ceremony; it was so impressive. The place where we stayed was so quietful and in a great natural environment. I warmly recommend this tour operator!

the drivers were always waiting me ad the airport, the guides were expert, gentle. the cars were very good.
hotels and flights too. a very interesting mix between nature, culture, religion and traditional uses.
A suggestion.. bring from your own another sheet for the bed on the borneo’s boat and a jacket for the kelimutu volcano…it’s cold at the sunrise

We liaised with Hernan to organise this trip and he was wonderful! We only had 1 day in Central Java on a cruise and this was a must see for me.
Our driver and guide Mr Nor were excellent – they met us at the port with no delay, the car was close by and we were off before any of the cruise ship bus tours had even left – it was a long drive but Mr Nor was very informative and pointed out places and things of interest on the way – his English was excellent and he answered all our questions easily.
Borobudur was spectacular – so glad we made the effort to get there – absolutely amazing structure and so well preserved after being buried for hundreds of years. Lots & lots of steps some huge Mr Nor & I climbed all the way but hubby sat and watched from a strategically place stone bench on the 2nd level – we were glad of the long drive home to rest our poor old legs
When we return to Indonesia we will be arranging more tours with IndoGlobal Adventure for sure

We spent 5 days exploring Tana Toraja with local guide, Hernan, & had an amazing time. The trip was outstandingly well organised, right down to arriving at all the various destinations in time to get the best light for our photographs. We visited all the well-known sites & many more off the beaten track.
Hernan is an extremely experienced & knowledgable guide, but, more than that, he’s great company. Never intrusive but always on hand if ever we needed him, he was courteous, considerate, amusing & an excellent communicator; his English is very, very good. We’ve travelled the world with many companies & guides; IndoGlobal Adventure & Hernan Halim are up there with the best of them.

Both my friend and I really enjoyed the cultural tour of Tana Toraja with our knowledgeable and experienced guide Rudi. Rudi has lots of stories to share about the Tana Torajan people.

Hernan Halim organized the most wonderful holidays for me when I traveled to Indonesia. The tour was organized to the last detail, the tour guides he chose were very knowledgeable, friendly and most helpful, and the sights he selected for us were more than sights – they were an unforgettable experience. At the same time Hernan surprised me with a very friendly attitude which makes a person feel most welcome. Our guide was informative and took his time to ensure our visit went well and we were well versed in the history behind this temple. Our driver was also exceptional and handled the heavy traffic well. We felt very safe throughout the day and arrived back at our cruise base well in time to join our ship.
