Indonesian Visa on Arrival

Visa on ArrivalRepublic of Indonesia are offering several types of Visas for entering in Indonesia, such as Tourist Visas, Business Visas, Employment Visas, Social/Cultural Visas, Retirement Visas and Limited Stay Permit Visas (KITAS).

30 days Free Visas entry on arrival is also availlable for nationals of the following 11 country: Brunei Darussalam, Chile, Hong Kong, Macau, Malaysia, Morocco, Peru, the Philippines, Singapore, Thailand and Vietnam.

For many countries, Tourist (and Transit) Visas can be issued on your arrival in major airport and seaport in Indonesia. Tourist Visas are valid for 30 days and you have to remember that your arrival day is counted as your first day and you should leave the country on the 30th day. Tourist Visa may be extended with due to natural disaster, illness or accident, and cannot be transferred to another type of visa.

Your Passport must be valid for a minimum of 6 (six) months from the date of entry into Indonesia and you should have a your return ticket ready with you, otherwise you can be question a lot. Please note that tourist visas do not apply to foreigners/expatriates (including members of their family) who are assigned/based in Indonesia.

If you want a 60 days Tourist Visas, that should be arrange from your home country, and please be aware that you have to have up to 3 months from the date of your application to enter Indonesia.
